Peach Cheesecake with Sour cream

Here's the recipe:

9x13 pan, 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

1 1/4 c. graham crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix and pat into pan.
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat with mixer until creamy and pour over crust. Bake until light brown around edges only. Cool and top with pie filling. Keep refrigerated.

A unexpected ending to a blissful day

I was so totally thrilled to have the whole sunday to myself, after what seemed like weeks of travelling and having fun... here's my schedule for the day:

8.30 am wake up and ate breakfast... my last serving of Post Chocolate honey roasted conflakes
9.10am go to Wharton to do my work... determined to finish the book Getting to yes today!!
11.45am gym! Burn away the cookie i ate just now =p

1pm buy groceries from Freshgrocer then go home to put things down before heading off to the fruit truck where you can get 4 apples/nectarines for just $1!

2pm shower and wash clothes
3pm continue working, cooking pasta at the same time

5pm wash more clothes

6pm baked bread crumbed chicken! yum!

7pm continue working

9pm chatted with my dad and my bf =) but that's when the unexpected ending happened... go figure out... haiz

May tomorrow be a better day!
