sick

This is my first day of ponning sch... not tat i intentionally skipped sch but i'm sick! Can't believe how horrible it is to be sick cos i haven't been sick for a while... anyway i got cold and it prompted sore throat too... woke up early at 6 plus to go school and expecting myself to be well already cos i slept for 10h last night... in the end, i just had to succumb to my sickness and fall asleep again till ten plus... luckily i din push myself to go to sch if not i gonna be a burden to my frens cos they need to take care of me... now tat i took cold medicine and slept a while, i felt that my throat is miraculously better :)

I think i know why i'm sick tday... have been pushing myself to the limits the last few weeks and it's a wonder tat i din fall sick earlier... wish i coluld rest more but there're so many things to be done! even during the hols i could not afford the time to sleep already... sigh wat a busy life... i jus hope i wun be a rubberband that's stretched too much and waiting to be snapped... and i remember-- i went training on tue despite feeling unwell... but sometimes when pple are training too, u jus feel too guilty not to go... sighz i wish i'm back in france again

my idol!

I've just discovered my idol today and she shall be none other than Virgina Cha! Within 8 years, she owned 5 companies in USA and China! What I admire most is her courage, for she was earning big bucks as the CEO of many companies, yet she could just quit and go for her dream-- make value for herself, instead of others. The best thing is that she could turn a failing sports club around in just 6 months, using the blue ocean strategy! it's like almost impossible for a club that had been deeply entrenched in debts and the investors had already lost faith in the shares... Even if i dun get to go to NOC bio valley, i dun mind shadowing her in Shanghai, just to learn how she does everything... Amazing woman... And it really doesn't surprise me that the whole tutorial room was filled to the brim with eager entrepreneurs-to-be... she's just the best hahah

anyway, today was a really shag day... woke at 6 plus in the morning for sch and had to survive the grueling lecture... and had to rot in the lib till the lect 5h later... after tat there was the financial talk and finally the ChESS open house where I had to fight cold and nervousness to put up a good show hahah but everything ended fine :)

alrite i think i'm kinda lazy haven been blogging since ages ago... well sch has started but as usually i'm still in a holiday mode... been missing the afternoon lects they're a bore! but shall persevere not to slack off from the start... i shall aim for higher cap this sem! anyway, i bought a new phone pink razor V3x cos some idiot stole my hp in bugis... sighz... at least i'm having with the new hp now... ZJ is back today, like finally at 4am hahah baked an oreo cheesecake yesterday and i realise that sour cream is impt for the wholesome taste! apparently i din put it in cos i couldn't find sour cream in the poorly stocked NTUC near my hse haha sighz still edible la haha

I love thursday! only got french lessons for the whole day hahah
